Museum Veere

You will find Museum Veere in two locations: the Scottish Houses and the monumental Town Hall, these recall the centuries-long trade relations between Veere and Scotland. It is a historical museum with visual art, regional costume and interior connected to the history of the city of Veere. Veere became a staple of Scottish wool thanks to the Scottish King James I, whose daughter married Wolfert van Borssele, lord of Veere. You will discover all this in the museum's collections.
