The Donkmeer Visitor Centre is the place to go for all tourist information and cycling and walking routes in and around Berlare. On the banks of the Donkmeer, young and old can playfully learn about Berlare's nature and history. Not only can you learn about how Donkmeer came into existence and how it became a tourist attraction but you can also learn about (rare) birds and fish that hide around the Old Scheldt meander.
