The brickmaking museum Brik Boom works to preserve the industrial heritage in the Rupel region, Boom, and Noeveren. You can take a tour of the open air museum where you will learn more about the whole production process from clay to brick. But you can also visit a typical worker's cottage. This allows you to step into the poor housing and living conditions of an average family from the 19th and early 20th century.
