OosterscheldeMuseum

The former town hall of Yerseke is home to the OosterscheldeMuseum. In two rooms, visitors are taken on a journey through the history of the oyster and mussel culture of Yerseke and the Eastern Scheldt. Through more than 1,600 objects, the story is told of the drowned land of Zuid-Beveland, the drowned villages, the town of Reimerswaal and the role the Eastern Scheldt played in the creation of Yerseke.
